Taking steps to let go of grudges opens up space to experience new opportunities and new feelings, and enhances the possibility to improve personal growth.

 

Today's challenge: Reflect on any grudges you might be holding on to. Next, identify what these grudges are keeping you from doing or being. Lastly, figure out a path to free yourself from them.
