For Part 4 of the No Days Off Health Series we are discussing: Sunlight and Earthing/Grounding.
I truly believe these two things are absolutely necessary when it comes to maximizing your health, and, luckily, these two things are both free and easily accessible for everyone.
In this episode, I share some of the benefits of sunlight and why this practice has been significant to my health:
- Improve both our physical and mental health
- Boost your Vitamin D levels
- Aids in Sleep Regulation
- Increase in energy levels
Earthing, known by some as Grounding, has also been a regular practice for me to maintain and improve my health. Some of the benefits I share include:
- Reducing inflammation and stress
- Neutralize free radicals
- Improve sleep
Today's challenge: Can you get outside today and be in the sunlight? Can you put your feet in the grass? How can you weave this simple practice into your daily routine?
