E045 Is Your Subconscious Mind Running The Show? with Permelia Parham

Season 2 Episode 30 Published 4 years, 9 months ago
Description

Permelia Parham is a Certified Body Code & Emotion Code Practitioner who has studied emotional energy healing for over 25 years.

The Emotion Code is a technique developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, and it works by literally getting rid of emotional baggage. Using muscle testing, we quickly identify and release hidden trapped emotions, which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events.

In this interview:

  • She shares with us that 90% of our brain function is our subconscious which stores our emotions and memories.
  • She explains the different types of emotions such as inherited, prenatal, absorbed and heart wall.
  • She shares the 3 steps she takes as a practitioner to release 1 - getting approval to access the client's subconscious 2 - Identify the trapped emotions 3 - Releasing the trapped emotion. Once this is done, the client usually feels lighter, calmer and sometimes tired as it is a process.

These practices are done to release the negative emotions we have stored in our bodies to help our energy move freely. This work can help physical, emotional and mental pain.
