Melissa's Success Story: Recovery from Neuritis & PPPD with Dizziness, Anxiety, and More

Episode 74 Published 1 year, 4 months ago
Description

Today, we have an insightful conversation with Melissa. Melissa experienced a physical condition (neuritis/unilateral weakness) that caused a permanent change. Life stress suddenly triggered a long list of debilitating symptoms that persisted 24/7 for five months: dizziness, sensitivity to light, sound, and smell, overwhelm, hypervigilance, a "drunk" feeling, trampoline walking, a constant sense of movement, anxiety/fear, insomnia, tremors, screen sensitivity, brain fog, vision issues, and more.

Hear about her experiences with doctors and her diagnoses of neuritis and PPPD. Learn what finally helped her feel better after five months of constant symptoms. How she found relief by getting moving again, befriending her symptoms, and becoming the person she needed for herself. We also hear about the emotional work she did with our coach, Pippa Braund MSc, and some important messages about dips and the fact that you don't need to change your personality. Today, Melissa is fully recovered.
