Nearly a year before Collin Griffith was accused of murdering his mother, Cathy Griffith, deputies were called to their home two days in a row for a domestic violence incident in which Collin was charged. Griffith is seen telling Charlotte County deputies that his mother attacked him but his grandmother tells Collin what he's saying isn't true. Griffith has pleaded not guilty to stabbing his mom to death in September 2024.
