With cold weather forcing the ceremony inside the US Capitol Rotunda, Donald Trump was sworn in as the nation’s 47th president, and vowed to put America first as he enters his second term in office. Steve Futterman has the story.

Following the swearing-in ceremony at the US Capitol, President Trump signed a number of executive orders after an inauguration parade in front of a crowd at Capital One Arena in Washington D-C. Correspondent Clayton Neville reports.
