The Vancouver civic party will hold its nominating meeting on February 1st in anticipation of an April 5th by-election. One City’s Christine Boyle and Adrian Carr of the Greens quit the ABC dominated council. Hardwick accuses Ken Sim and ABC of failing to deliver for taxpayers and neighbourhoods.
