Water in a natural flowing state has a six-sided crystalline (hexagonal) structure with a net negative charge due to the increased oxygen molecules. Structured water is known as living water. When water is removed from its flowing & vortex state (think a natural spring) the water structure changes to a five-sided crystalline (pentagonal) structure, & loses oxygen molecules & converts to a positive charge.
