Good morning, Baltimore! I'm your weather buddy bringing you the chilly scoop for Martin Luther King Day and beyond.
Bundle up, folks, because today is going to be a frosty adventure! We're looking at temperatures struggling to reach a high of 23 degrees Fahrenheit. Those northwest winds will be whipping around at 9 to 18 miles per hour, with gusts up to 25 miles per hour. It's the kind of day that'll make you want to grab your warmest coat and maybe an extra layer... or three!
Tonight, we're expecting a crystal clear sky with temperatures plummeting to a bone-chilling 9 degrees. Wind chill values will drop to a teeth-chattering negative 1 degree. West winds will be dancing around 7 to 10 miles per hour, so keep that scarf handy.
Looking ahead, Tuesday brings increasing clouds with a high near 22 degrees Fahrenheit. Wednesday will grace us with some sunshine and a high of 20 degrees. By Thursday, we'll see a slight warm-up to 31 degrees, and Friday warms things up even more to 35 degrees.
Weekend warriors, Saturday looks promising with temperatures climbing to 40 degrees and mostly sunny skies. Sunday will be mostly cloudy with a high near 45 degrees.
