In this episode, I examine the state of mental health within the facilities under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections. The lack of adequate medical attention can lead to a decline in emotional and mental well-being. DOC officials and contractors lack the proper training and skills to provide the necessary support for incarcerated individuals in their quest to effectively return to society as productive members.
