Let Freedom Sing! with Dr. Herbert Jones

It is the 18th annual concert in celebration of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with the Heritage Gospel Choir and Dr. Herbert Jones! Dr. Herbert Jones spoke over the phone with Jim Cunningham to talk about the concert and the people involved, including soloists Anqwenique Kinsel and Kenny Peagler, and Master of Ceremonies Mikey Hood. He also spoke about his personal connection to MLK and the civil rights movement that started as a child. In addition, Herbert explains what his degree in Liturgical dance is and how he danced with a dance company for 4 years. Bring family and friends to this celebration on January 20th at 7:30 pm at the Kelly Strayhorn Theater. Proceeds from the concert will go to the Westmoreland and Pittsburgh community foodbanks.
