Its a very special episode, as WQED-FM afternoon host Anna Singer joins morning host Jim Cunningham live! Anna talks to Jim about her upcoming art exhibition at Sweetwater Center for the Arts.
Anna talks about her work as a painter, including why she didn't start exploring her artistry until her mother died. She also talks about her family's connection to Sweetwater Center for the Arts that continue to this day. Its all part of Sweetwater's 50th celebration this year, and it is a great way to start of their anniversary.
There is an opening reception on Friday, January 17 from 5-8 p.m., free and open to the public, with refreshments provided.
If you can't make it on Friday, don't worry! The exhibit will be free and open to view until March 14th.
