Two-time 250 National MX Champion Jeremy Martin has had many ups and downs during his career, but there have also been some dark times. A broken back, concussions, shoulder injuries, and broken bones...injuries are a very real part of our sport and the risks go without saying, but the toll they take on your body and mind all add up. Martin's most recent setbacks have forced him to take a step back to evaluate what is most important to him, and we had a very candid conversation with the Minnesota native on this installment of the 6D Helmets Midweek Podcast
