Under your nose
means that something is very close or obvious, but it goes unnoticed. It’s often used when someone misses something because they aren’t paying enough attention.

Examples:
1-
I spent 20 minutes looking for my keys, and they were right under my nose on the kitchen counter!
2- My dog stole my sandwich right under my nose while I was distracted scrolling on my phone. Lesson learned—never leave food unattended!
