Ezekiel 22:30 says, “So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one.”

People looked around and only saw the nation's moral decay, thinking it deserved judgment, but God had a different perspective. Sometimes, we also feel undeserving of God's mercy. We may think that we've failed and blown all of our chances. However, God's thoughts are not the same as ours. His desire to show mercy is from everlasting to everlasting. 

Instead of dwelling on your unworthiness today, remember that God is always ready to show us mercy. Despite our shortcomings and mistakes, He longs to forgive and restore us. Approach Him today with humility and repentance and ask for mercy.
