On this episode, hosts Fran Chismar and Tom Knezick are joined by Jim MacKenzie (President) from Octoraro Native Plant Nursery, and Matt Gettinger (President) from Long Island Natives to discuss the woody side of the native plant nursery industry. Conversations include the challenges of growing woody stock, determining what to grow and the sizes to grow them to, limiting our chemical footprint, and the state of the nursery industry as a whole.
