Today I want to talk about the importance of Adjusting, Adapting and Pushing things to the next level.  In this business (and in life, really) it's so important to take action on your goals.  Those goals need to be set before you take action, and each goal you achieve has a profound affect on any future goals you might have.  Clearly goals are an important piece of this business puzzle, but you also need to be flexible in your approach and be willing to pivot when the situation warrants it.
