I was going to quit.

This is how I felt just 3 years ago.

I had been trying to help people learn how to flip houses.

I had systematized and automated most of my own house flipping business, which gave me a lot of free time… and people were always wanting to “pick my brain” or “meet up for lunch” to chat about house flipping but there was no way I could help everyone that way…

So I decided to start a podcast.

I decided to start a coaching and training program.

And I’ll be honest, it wasn’t easy.

I was working 60+ hours per week just trying to get House Flipping HQ off the ground.  We weren’t reaching many people.  We weren’t helping many people.

And I had meant for it to be a business, but we weren’t making much money.

I was about to refund everybody and shut the whole thing down.

What happened?

What changed from 3 years ago to today?
