This is the hardest thing I’ve ever written…

Something big just happened.
Something exciting. Something I never saw coming.
And I’ve got tears in my eyes writing this…
…but it’s all good.
Because it’s the right thing to do.
It’s time.
And I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
Before I get into this, though, I need to give you some context.
If you’ve been following me for even just a little while, you’ve probably heard me talking about my good friend and business partner Bill Allen.
This guy is amazing.
A few years ago, he was flipping 1 house per year.
He was doing all the work himself.
And it was a drag. He knew he could do more.
He joined 7 Figure Flipping, and that’s where I met him.
Fast forward to today…
Bill now leads a team of 12 people, flipping and wholesaling close to 200 houses per year across 3 separate markets, and they’re on track for $3,000,000 in profit in 2019.
His business is completely systematized.
He only works a few hours a week.
He spends the rest of his time helping lead our mastermind groups, coaching and mentoring other investors, sharing his knowledge, and spending time with his family.
He has a servant’s heart and gives more than just about anyone I’ve met.
A couple weeks ago, he and I were talking.

And that talk led to something incredible.
To make a long story short…
Bill Allen is officially taking over as the owner and CEO of House Flipping HQ!
No joke…
I’m passing the torch.
Starting now, Bill will be the one setting the vision and direction for everything we do here…
He's going to be shaping the future of our mastermind groups…
He’s going to be sharing his insights on the podcast…
He’s going to be leading the HFHQ community into the future…
…and he has some big plans and awesome ideas in store.
I'm excited.
I’m also a little sad, because HFHQ is like family to me and it’s been amazing getting to help build and grow this community over the past 6 years.
But it’s time.
Time to take things to the next level.
And Bill is going to do that.
