Given the fact that most universities have historically served a predominantly-white student body, how are today’s institutions of higher learning serving the needs of students of color? We’re joined by Dr. Richard Reddick, the Associate Dean for Equity, Community Engagement, and Outreach for the College of Education at The University of Texas at Austin to discuss his research on supporting students of color in higher education.
