In this week’s sports news we dive into NFL and college football playoff talk, and we begin looking ahead to the warm spring weather in the midst of the current cold by discussing the National Baseball Hall of Fame voting and counting down the days to Phillies spring training.

In our takeaway portion, we’re reminded by conversations with Texas QB Quinn Ewers and Notre Dame QB Riley Leonard to have our identities rooted in Christ so that we wouldn’t be influenced by what the world says about us, and so that we would walk in step with God’s will.
