Earlier this month Governor-Elect Patrick Morrisey announced former Delegate and Chair of the Kanawha County Republican party Dianna Graves would be appointed as Commissioner of the Bureau Senior Services. The office coordinates benefits and assistance for seniors and senior centers across the state. Evidently, she is unaware of the state code requirements for the office. Tom Susman examines the issue.
