As entrepreneurs and service providers, it is our job to show our clients that we understand what they are going through and want to help them. 

Today we aren’t just talking about people's pain points. I want to talk about the human connection and why it's essential to understand what your target clients are thinking and feeling. This is one of the core lessons we teach our clients in our Yay for 100K program.
