Ryan is an experienced leader with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health administration. He currently serves as the Chief Clinical Officer of Sierra Tucson, a residential and outpatient treatment center which provides care to adults ages 18 and older of all genders who are struggling with addiction and mental health disorders.
In addition, Ryan is a consultant with the Mara Group, which focus on organizational efficiency, company morale, leadership training, and clinical excellence.
