IronMade is a show based around anything health related. Kevin Byers is the owner of IronMade gym in New Middletown, OH, has been a full time trainer for 7yrs and has competed in several bodybuilding competitions. Our hope with this show is to contribute to making America healthy again. In this episode we discuss the basics of working out, eating habits, and the importance of sleep and hydration.
