Annie Lawson advises corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and tax-exempt organizations on a variety of business planning and tax issues as well as the federal and state tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She assists clients with structuring new business ventures or restructuring the existing form to create efficiencies or prepare for sale. Annie is also a member of the Haynes Boone tax controversy team.
