This episode is about the horrific and violent murder of Natalie Mirabal.  She was forced to marry her husband by her religious leader, who actually was leading a cult. She was happy but her husband held many secrets from her. If her husband wasn't so goddamn stupid, we many never have found out why Natalie was killed.
