“I’m a facilitator of other people’s stories in trail running. Everyone has a unique journey, and that’s what makes each episode special.”
Troy Meadows is a dad, husband, marketing executive, and passionate ultra-runner. He’s been trail running for over a decade and not only is he an athlete but also a storyteller who loves amplifying the voices of those around him. His podcast, The Midpacker Pod, part of the Free Trail Network, celebrates the mid and back-of-the-pack runners and showcases their stories. He wants to create a space where runners of all levels are seen and heard. Troy’s approach is both relatable and tactical, offering insights for runners at every stage of their journey.
“It’s all about showing up every single week and being consistent, not just in running but in life… There’s a never-ending supply of amazing people doing exceptional things on and off the trails. It’s a privilege to share their stories.”
The Midpacker Pod is a must-listen. Check out Troy on his show and you will hear the passion immidieately. He features great guests that you will relate with and the show is one you will be happy to add to your rotation. I hope you enjoy the interview as much as I did and make sure to let us know in the comments!
