With GO Fest behind us we recap our experiences from each day of the event. From casual passive gameplay to hardcore grinding, this year’s big event could be enjoyed in many ways. We both agree that Saturday was amazing, however Adam had some reservations about Sunday. As for Ken, Sunday provided a new and unique community based experience.

Trainers completed the 24 Challenges that were required to activate all three parts of the Ultra Unlock. Niantic has shared details of Parts 1 and 2, however Part 3 is still a mystery. The Ultra Unlocks will bring us well over a month of overarching in game events, which will ride out through August.

FInally, we discuss a recent Niantic post in the Wayfarer forums, which details some new plans and goals from the Wayfarer Team. This is particularly exciting, as Wayfinders have been desperately seeking additional support and transparency.
