Trauma healing must be intentional and is not for the faint at heart. Trauma healing is spiritual healing and it involves a spiritual awakening that will take you into God's reality where chosen ones belong to see all that needs to be seen. There is a lot of work we must do with self-reflection and unlearning narcissistic ways of living ourselves as part of the transformation by the renewing of the mind.
