Morning Mantra: "You can't litter negativity everywhere you go, then wonder why you have a trashy life."

It's sad to me to hear someone complain all the time.  To be so negative in their thoughts.  To hear them find fault and conflict in everything. It's even more difficult to comprehend if you understand that you reap what you sow. Meaning that if you put negativity out there, that's what will come back to you. 

Being positive doesn't mean you'll never feel negative or have negative things happen, it means you will recognize it and overcome it.  It means you experience the negative with the understanding that you have a choice in how you respond.

Your thoughts have so much power over the quality of your life.  You must train yourself to look for the good, the true, the positive, because you'll never have a positive life with a negative mind.
