Wagner talks about his Hall of Fame chances in his 10th and final year of BBWAA eligibility. But he also shares great Phillies stories, including ones about Chase Utley, Jimmy Rollins and Ryan Howard. And the best story of all: the time Billy let Jim catch one of his bullpen sessions in Clearwater, Fla., in 2005!
