BJ Kraemer is the President and CEO of MCFA, which manages construction projects for the army. He’s also host of the podcast Inspiring People and Places Together with Josh McCallen he is also co-founder of Hospitality Restoration & Development. In this episode, BJ teaches us how to upgrade our minds by using a method of ‘10x Your Four-Hour Work Week’, based on the popular book by Tim Ferriss. NJ shares how he got into construction management after studying at West Point Military Academy, and joining the Army Corps of Engineers where he learned how to become a leader and nurture human capital.
