Jay Katz and Aspasia said they were going to get personal and so just prior to Christmas they interview Jay’ astounding sister Jennine Leonarder-Collins. Jennine lives with her husband Peter in the longest lived in historical house in NSW built in the 1820’s. Just recently late at night she had and encounter with an apparition that she initially thought was her husband. That is just one of the many stories she recounts from her history as a real estate agent and house flipper.
