Embracing The Inner Child
I’ve always been a big kid at heart. From playing in nature with my boys to engaging my imagination through games like Dungeons & Dragons, I aim to explore my inner child on a daily basis because I believe there is immense value in the innocence and wonder that comes with that condition.
From healing faster to a more youthful countenance, I believe this practice can bring immense satisfaction and benefits to any adult’s life. I espouse this idea plus a few other fanciful thoughts on this latest subcast. Enjoy.
