Katherine Wilemon is the founder and CEO of the Family Heart Foundation (formerly the FH Foundation), a leading research and advocacy non-profit dedicated to reducing heart disease and stroke by advancing the understanding and care of familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) and elevated Lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)]. https://familyheart.org
Laurence S. Sperling, M.D., FACC, FAHA, FACP, MASPC serves as the Chief Medical Officer for the Family Heart Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on timely identification and improved care of people living with familial hypercholesterolemia and elevated Lp(a) through research, advocacy, and education. He is the Founder and was the Director of The Heart Disease Prevention Center at Emory (1997-2019).
