In this week’s episode we interviewed seasoned real estate investor Mark McMahon who has over 40 years of experience in construction and 10 in real estate investing.  

He shared his story of nearly filing for bankruptcy and crawling out of debt by flipping mobile homes to becoming a real estate millionaire with a portfolio of over 40 units. He has a mixed portfolio of small multifamily apartments, single family homes in California and even a few vacation rentals in Hawaii.  

Mark bolsters a back against the wall mentality and encourages everyone that they can change their current financial position by maintaining a relentless spirit. He reminds us all to keep swinging the hammer and continue sharpening our axes.
