A shooter has killed a teacher and a teenage student at the Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin and injured six others, including two students who are in life-threatening condition. A law enforcement source says the 17-year-old shooter apparently planned the attack in advance. We hear a live briefing from officials this hour.
