The film narrates the fictional tale of a young Black man in the 1930s who grapples with traumatic memories from his past. As he hurriedly attempts to change a flat tire at dusk, these flashbacks emerge. His urgency extends beyond merely repairing his vehicle; it is also about evading the dangers associated with a Florida sundown town, where threats intensify as night falls.
