Idea #11 to Help You Get Even More Stuff Done

Today we are talking about Idea #11 to help you get even more done, which is to make promises and not excuses.

Commit to your decisions and follow them through. When you set goals, share them with family, friends, team members, and even colleagues, so you are held accountable for your actions. Ask them to hold you accountable to exactly what you want to get done. Personal activities might be more for your family and friends to help you with, and for professional activities, ask your team to hold you accountable.  It’s harder to make excuses when others are aware of your promises and commitments.

Tune in tomorrow for another way to get even more stuff done.
