Episode Details

In this episode I discuss two wonderful plants.  The medicinal herb is the common Cocklebur.  THe edible wild plant is Orpine - I use this in fajitas, so I also give my recipes for pico de gallo, salsa, guacamole, red restaurant rice and refried beans.
