恭读索福尼亚先知书 3：14-18a
熙雍女子，你应该欢乐，以色列，你应该欢呼！耶路撒冷女子，你应该满心高兴喜乐！上主已撤消了对你的定案，扫除了你的仇敌；上主以色列的君王，与你同在，你再不会遇见灾难！那一天，人必对耶路撒冷说：“熙雍，你不要害怕，不要手软！你的天主上主与你同在，他是一位施救的勇士。他必因你而喜不自胜，对你重温他的爱情；他要因为你而喜乐歌唱，好像欢度庆节”。——上主的圣言。
Shout for joy, O daughter Zion!
Sing joyfully, O Israel!
Be glad and exult with all your heart,
O daughter Jerusalem!
The LORD has removed the judgment against you
he has turned away your enemies;
the King of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst,
you have no further misfortune to fear.
On that day, it shall be said to Jerusalem:
Fear not, O Zion, be not discouraged!
The LORD, your God, is in your midst,
a mighty savior;
he will rejoice over you with gladness,
and renew you in his love,
he will sing joyfully because of you,
as one sings at festivals.

God indeed is my savior;
I am confident and unafraid.
My strength and my courage is the LORD,
and he has been my savior.

Give thanks to the LORD, acclaim his name;
among the nations make known his deeds,
proclaim how exalted is his name.

恭读圣保禄宗徒致斐理伯人书 4：4-7
弟兄们：你们要在主内常常喜乐，我再说一次：你们要喜乐！要使众人知道你们的宽厚。主已经临近了。你们什么也不要挂念，只是在一切事上，怀着感谢的心情，藉着恳求和祈祷，向天主陈述你们的需要；这样，天主那超过我们理解的平安，必要在基督耶稣内固守你们的心思意念。——上主的圣言。
Brothers and sisters:
Rejoice in the Lord always.
I shall say it again: rejoice!
Your kindness should be known to all.
The Lord is near.
Have no anxiety at all, but in everything,
by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving,
make your requests known to God.
Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding
will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
