St. Paul writes "how I long for all of you with the affection of Christ Jesus" in the Second Reading. How can a man who never met Jesus know the affection and love of Jesus? He found it through other Christians who he met and learned from. We too are called to love with the affection of Jesus, so through us, others can come to know Christ.
