60. Mass Shootings in the US w/ Sunny Slaughter & Travis Cox
Description
We had a lot to talk about on the Legal Lens show this week!
In light of the recent mass shootings in California and beyond, it is not only timely but also incredibly important to discuss these issues beyond the lens.
To help us understand these issues in greater depth and to discuss possible solutions, we welcome to the @kbla1580 studio two experts in law enforcement with an emphasis on mass shootings.
Sunny Slaughter is a national expert on police and law enforcement reform and a dear friend of the Legal Lens show, having also joined us just a few weeks ago.
Travis Cox has been a law enforcement professional for 29 years, and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the show. He has worked in various positions such as the Field Training Supervisor, Emergency Preparedness Unit Commander and the Assistant Chief of the Violent Crime Section just to name a few.
To listen to our live show, tune in every Saturday @ 11 AM PT & Sunday @ 1 PM PT on kbla1580.com and on the KBLA TALK 1580 app. We’ve got a lot to talk about!
