מהענינים המיוחדים שמצינו אצל כ"ק אדמו"ר האמצעי הוא הענין ד"הקב"ה ממלא שנותיהם של צדיקים מיום ליום" ‏–‏ יום ההולדת ויום ההילולא שלו הם באותו יום בחודש ‏–‏ ט' כסלו, וכמו שהי' אצל משה רבינו (וצ"ב למה לא מצינו כך גם בשאר הצדיקים). וכיון ש"הנשיא הוא הכל" מובן שענין זה נמשך לכל ההולכים באורחותיו. יום ההילולא שלו, שאז כל "עבודתו אשר עבד כל ימי חייו . . מתגלה ומאיר בבחי' גילוי . . ופועל ישועות בקרב הארץ", מהווה נתינת-כח שההחלטות טובות שמקבלים ביום זה יבואו לידי מעשה בפועל.

One of the unique aspects we find regarding the Mitteler Rebbe is the concept that his birthday and yahrzeit are both on the same day, 9 Kislev – “The Holy One, blessed be He, completes the years of the righteous from day to day” – similar to Moshe Rabbeinu. (Further examination is required as to why we don’t find this with other tzaddikim.) Being that “the Nasi is everything”, it is understood that this quality extends to all who follow in his ways. His yahrzeit, when all the “service he worked throughout his entire life…is revealed and shines openly…and works salvations in the midst of the earth,” empowers us to bring the positive resolutions made on this day to fruition.
