Description
In this episode, co-organizers of the Queer Craft Market, Jeffrey Krsul and Katie Oldaker, discuss the upcoming Winter Bazaar at the Union Project on Sunday, December 15th.
They share the heart behind this unique event, which creates a vibrant, and inclusive space for queer creators to showcase their work while fostering a strong sense of community. They highlight their efforts to keep the market low-barrier access for both vendors and attendees, as well as their support in highlighting diverse expressions of queerness through art.
They also discuss their commitment to supporting queer art and joy throughout the year, and not just during Pride Month. They hope to have more themed markets in the future, including a spooky market!
