Who are the little ones? They are those who step on their pride that tempts them to be hurt when corrected and to lose hope when they are not in control of things. We need to be little to attract the saving power of Jesus. Heaven belongs to the little children He declared one time. Hence, we need to practice this being little. We can take advantage of occasions when we could learn more, need help from the others, ask for forgiveness, admit to our mistakes and shortcomings, and so forth.
