It's finally time for Harry Wells to be true to his word. It's time for him to begin stealing the Flash's speed for Zoom in exchange for his daughter! And he does so, which of course makes Barry slower... not much slower, but slow enough to keep him from helping Iris escape the arguably forgettable villain-of-the-week, Tarpit. But that's not all that's going on! Iris gets to blackmail someone, and Joe gets to learn a lesson about fatherhood! And here we thought he already knew everything...
