Anne E. Mosher's 2004 book, Capital's Utopia: Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, 1855–1916, examines the history of Vandergrift, a planned industrial town in Pennsylvania. The book explores the interplay between industrial restructuring, urban planning (specifically the involvement of the Olmsted firm), and labor relations in shaping the town's development.
