It can feel daunting to find motivation right now, but here’s a major key: Habits don’t need to be huge, crazy life changes! They actually work best when they’re small, subtle tweaks, and the best way to make them automatic processes is by building a routine where you stack habits, form cues, stay realistic and consistent, and schedule in your new action everyday.
